This page contains downloads of our policy documents. These are reviewed on a regular basis. The safety of our service users and volunteers is a priority. All our volunteers undergo a DBS check and we ask for references. Our drivers are assessed by the Vale of Glamorgan Community Transport assessor and minibus drivers have the chance to take a MIDAS training.

We produce a spring and autumn edition of our community newsletter DePend which is delivered, by volunteers, to as many households in the village as possible. You can download the latest issue from this page.

Our Constitution

DPVC is governed by a clear and transparent constitution that sets out our purpose, values, and the way we operate. It outlines our charitable objectives, the responsibilities of our trustees, and how decisions are made to ensure accountability and good governance. Our constitution helps ensure that everything we do is aligned with our mission and carried out in the best interests of our community.

Our latest Befriending Brochure with all the information you need. The brochure gives up to date information on our telephone and face to face service and how it works.

Volunteers from DPVC shopped for me during the covid pandemic and made sure I was ok. I already attended their social events and I don't know what I would have done without them.
